An analysis in the May issue of Jane’s Intelligence Review explains that high-profile Chinese espionage exposures in Taiwan undermine U.S.-Taiwan defense trust – and that may be the intended effect. It also suggests that Taiwan Major General Lo Hsien-che, arrested in January as a Chinese agent, may have also been “in the employ of another foreign intelligence service.” I wonder which intelligence service THAT might be?   "Strait Spying" (Jane's Intelligence Review) May 2011, at www.jir.jane's.com
